Master Plumbers Heating & Cooling is a family-owned business that started out in Stokesdale, NC, that specializes in providing top-quality heating, plumbing, and air conditioning services. We’ve been caring for homes across Davidson, Guilford, Forsyth, Randolph, Stokes, Alamance, Yadkin, and Davie counties for over 20 years.

Responsibilities

• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Work alongside other technicians and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time sheets, and other duties needed by the company

Our Hiring Process

4. We will make an offer if you are a good fit

• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC technician required 
• EPA Certification would be needed but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean, safe driving record within 3 years
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. & climb up and down a ladder.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
