Pay

• $52,000 - $70,000 average annual pay
• + Performance-based bonuses and commissions
• + overtime available

Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in the HVAC system
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
• Assist with client's concerns

• Active Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (must have had a license for 3-5+ years )
• 2 Years of HVAC Experience Preferred
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for HVAC systems
• Understands the refrigeration cycle, combustion analysis, and airflow measurements
• Knows how to use all tools
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-60lbs
• EPA Certification
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
