Your New Role as an HVAC Service Technician:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment with precision, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
• Conduct cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and warranty services to ensure optimal system performance.
• Identify maintenance risks and implement effective solutions while responding swiftly to emergency service calls.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to ensure high standards across all services.
• Keep detailed daily logs of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA regulations.

• Earn $25.00-$30.00 per hour, plus on average an extra $500 each month based on team performance.
• Ethical opportunities to earn additional revenue through honest, no-pressure sales of maintenance agreements and other services.

• You are comfortable using ladders, have a valid driver's license, and can handle on-call duties.
