Pay

• $24.00-$27.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems and equipment
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
• Assisting and communicating with customers and the office
• Perform paperless dispatch/billing
  

• 2+ Years of experience as an HVAC Technician - Required  
• EPA certification type 2 - Required 
• Honest, reliable, eager to learn, good communication skills, and willing to work 
• Comfortable using and climbing ladders 
• Drivers license and acceptable driving record 
• Able to commute to Indianapolis
• Pass the background check and drug screening
• Amenable to occasional emergency service on call
• Authorized to work in the US
