Responsibilities
- Perform service repairs on products or equipment as needed.
- Assist with sales activities when opportunities arise.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with products to ensure efficient repairs.
- Communicate with customers to understand their repair or sales needs.
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers during sales interactions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Follow company guidelines and safety protocols during service and sales activities.
