Pay

• $65,000-$150,000 annually (starting pay)
• Pay is based on performance

Responsibilities

• Identify preventative and enhancement solutions, create estimates, and propose to customers
• Perform detailed and accurate system diagnostics
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
• Create repair estimates, propose options, and present them to the customer
• Execute repair work with skill and precision
• Photograph equipment and components before and after repair
• Record measurements and data on diagnostic forms
• Requisition of parts and materials

• Empathy for customer situations, good communication skills with various types of customers
• Good understanding of technology including cell phones and tablets and filling out virtual forms
• Organizational and presentation skills
• Honesty, Integrity, and respect for others are required
• AZ Drivers License
• Located in the North Phoenix metro area north of the I10 freeway and ideally within 20 miles of Loop 101 and Cave Creek Road
