In your New Role as an HVAC Technician with 1st Choice, you will:

• Run demand service calls, promptly diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues.

• Perform system tune-ups to ensure optimal performance.

• Communicate the value of our services, addressing customer concerns and questions.

• Provide honest, professional recommendations to homeowners.

• Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and timely.

• Show empathy and care towards customers, not just fixing problems but addressing their concerns.

• Prioritize safety, identifying and mitigating potential hazards in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

• Complete repairs correctly the first time, offering additional value-added services.

• Contribute to revenue generation by promoting Service Partner Plans and identifying replacement opportunities.

• Earn $70,000.00-$150,000.00 annually with performance-based pay (10% for selling, 10% for installing, 10% for selling duct cleaning, and 18% for performing duct cleaning).

Our Hiring Process:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience, proficient in heat pumps, gas systems, geothermal systems, ductwork, air balancing, and electrical troubleshooting.

• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

• Availability for overtime and weekend service calls.

• Valid driver's license with an insurable record, authorized to work in the US.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

• EPA and TDLR certifications.

• Must pass background checks and drug tests.
