Your New Role

• Provide residential HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in Carrollton, Texas, and surrounding communities.

• Handle approximately 4 to 5 residential service calls per day.

• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment.

• Accurately diagnose HVAC system problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.

• Help homeowners understand repair options and HVAC system performance through clear, professional communication.

• Provide dependable customer service from arrival through completion of each appointment.

• Keep your take home service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.

• Follow established safety standards and company procedures while completing high quality HVAC work.

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required.

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.

• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience servicing and repairing residential air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC systems.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to travel throughout the Carrollton, Texas service area.

• Ability to regularly lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds.

• Ability to complete pre employment screenings, as permitted by applicable law.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
