Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems
Deliver accurate diagnoses and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs
Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate clearly with customers
Manage your daily service calls with professionalism and ownership

2 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
Ability to diagnose HVAC systems independently and work safely without direct supervision
Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay productive independently
Commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC service
EPA Certification preferred or required, as applicable
