Your New Role

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Philadelphia, PA, and surrounding service areas

• Troubleshoot heating, air conditioning, ventilation, heat pump, furnace, and indoor air quality equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before they become major repairs

• Clearly communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers

• Install HVAC components and complete system upgrades as needed

• Complete accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation

• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition

• Follow all safety procedures, HVAC codes, and industry best practices

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call

• Proven years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing and repairing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential and light commercial environments

• Working knowledge of HVAC codes, safety procedures, and industry standards

• NATE Certification preferred

• Experience with indoor air quality products and solutions preferred

• Experience with ductwork modifications and HVAC system upgrades preferred

• Light commercial HVAC experience preferred

• Interest in leadership and long-term career growth preferred
