Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostic work

• Replace compressors, TXVs, reversing valves, evaporator coils, condenser coils, blower motors, and condenser fan motors

• Diagnose and repair secondary and cascade system failures

• Complete refrigerant recovery, charging, evacuation, and repair procedures

• Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems

• Complete mechanical repairs related to system performance and operation

• Repair drains, ductwork, and sheet metal components as needed

• Document repairs thoroughly using detailed notes and photos

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, and management

• Represent the company professionally at customer homes

• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Follow HVAC service, safety, and EPA compliance standards

• EPA 608 Certification

• Residential HVAC repair experience

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to identify and repair secondary and cascade system failures

• Experience with refrigerant recovery and recharge procedures

• Own professional HVAC tools

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Ability to complete detailed service documentation, notes, and photos

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to perform heavy repair work and component replacements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience replacing compressors

• Experience replacing TXVs (Thermostatic Expansion Valves)

• Experience in replacing reversing valves

• Experience replacing coils

• Experience replacing blower motors and condenser fan motors

• Strong attention to detail with repair documentation and job notes
