Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced HVAC professionals
Build technical expertise in residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, heat pumps, boilers, ductless systems, and air conditioning systems
Work in a culture that recognizes performance, accountability, and professional development
Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair work throughout the NYC Tri-State Area
Assist lead technicians and mechanics with diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
Service central air conditioning systems, ductless mini-split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and gas, oil, and electric heating equipment
Complete preventive maintenance services and seasonal HVAC tune-ups
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve performance issues
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding service findings and recommendations
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities using ServiceTitan
Participate in seasonal on-call rotation as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle and work environment

Minimum of 1 year of HVAC experience through field work, apprenticeship, trade school, or related training
Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems, air conditioning, heating systems, refrigeration principles, and HVAC troubleshooting
EPA 608 Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
OSHA 10 Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 80 pounds
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and other confined work areas
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience using digital service platforms or willingness to learn ServiceTitan
Authorization to work in the United States
