$3,000 end-of-year signing bonus
Base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities
20% commission on truck stock sales
8% commission on non-truck stock sales
5% to 8% commission on system replacements

Perform 4 to 6 residential HVAC service calls daily in Tempe, AZ, and surrounding areas
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Explain HVAC issues and repair recommendations clearly to homeowners
Present repair, maintenance, indoor air quality, and replacement solutions based on system condition
Educate customers on preventative maintenance and energy-efficient options
Build estimates and discuss pricing, financing options, and service agreements
Document service calls with detailed notes and job photos
Perform minor repairs and routine service work as needed
Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, install teams, and leadership
Follow up on open estimates and maintain strong customer relationships
Support team members with technical insight and customer communication when needed

Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and service experience
EPA certification required
Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and evaluate HVAC systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to homeowners
Experience presenting repair and replacement options professionally
Strong documentation skills including service notes and job photos
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and customer concerns
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
