Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform thorough troubleshooting on residential and commercial equipment
Perform repairs on systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, chillers, and humidifiers
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency, reliability, and longevity
Identify root causes of system malfunctions and implement effective solutions
Test system performance after service to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction
Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly to customers
Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job
Collaborate with team members and dispatch to complete service calls efficiently

Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, package units, chillers, and humidifiers
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
Valid driver’s license
Must have your own tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
