Your New Role

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform thorough troubleshooting on residential and commercial equipment

• Perform repairs on systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, chillers, and humidifiers

• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency, reliability, and longevity

• Identify root causes of system malfunctions and implement effective solutions

• Test system performance after service to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction

• Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly to customers

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job

• Collaborate with team members and dispatch to complete service calls efficiently

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, package units, chillers, and humidifiers

• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues

• Valid driver’s license

• Must have your own tools

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
