Your New Role

• Perform HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems in Fort Worth, TX

• Identify issues quickly and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions

• Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners

• Complete preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

• Service components including motors, control boards, capacitors, and sensors

• Measure refrigerant levels, airflow, amp draw, and system performance

• Handle warranty-related service in line with manufacturer standards

• Accurately document work performed and complete required reports

• 3 - 8 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience

• Experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems preferred

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Solid communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage a service route

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
