Your New Role

• Based in Knoxville, TN, serving Oliver Springs (37840), Harriman (37748), Clinton (37716), Oak Ridge (37830), Rockwood (37854), Kingston (37763), Lenoir City (37771), Loudon (37774), and Sunbright (37887)

• Handle residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls

• Diagnose system issues and complete accurate repairs

• Perform system evacuation, testing, charging, and brazing line sets

• Submit service documentation and collect payments by the next business day

• Keep your company vehicle clean and organized

• Participate in an on-call rotation one weekend per month

• Provide strong customer service and build trust with clients

• EPA certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Minimum of 1 year HVAC experience or completion of HVAC technical training

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely on ladders

• Must have basic HVAC hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
