We are seeking skilled, dependable, and preferably licensed HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. This role focuses on residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation (as needed).

Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will be the expert customers rely on to keep their heating and cooling systems running at peak performance:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems

• Perform routine maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system performance evaluations

• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions

• Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety controls

• Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology

• Ensure all repairs and service work meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and an organized service vehicle

• Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners

• High school diploma and technical school education

• CT HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license preferred

• 3+ years of HVAC residential service technician experience

• EPA Universal certification preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must be mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Authorized to work in the United States
