Your New Role

• Location: Owings Mills, Maryland

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems

• Inspect and troubleshoot rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, controls, and more

• Perform scheduled maintenance to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime

• Communicate clearly with customers and the home office for seamless job execution

• Stay current by participating in trainings and staying sharp on new tech and systems

• Keep your service vehicle organized, stocked, and ready for action

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience

• Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master License

• EPA 608 Certification

• Valid driver’s license

• Your own HVAC hand tools

• Professional appearance and communication

• Safety-minded with proper use of PPE

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical areas

• Working knowledge of commercial systems including RTUs, DOAS, VAV boxes, VRV, chillers, and more

• Authorized to work in the United States
