Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician in Rifle, CO, you will:

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components

• Complete full HVAC and boiler installations in high-end residential homes

• Perform system start-ups and ensure equipment operates efficiently

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams to deliver reliable service

• Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure accurate installations

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including boiler installation or related work

• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC and MEP systems

• Retrofit project experience is a plus

• HVAC certifications are not required

• Completion of a pre-employment assessment is required
