Your New Role

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Rifle, CO. In this role, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.

• Handle full installations in luxury homes, from start to finish.

• Perform system start-ups and optimize performance.

• Communicate effectively with both customers and crew to deliver five-star service.

• Read and interpret blueprints and ensure everything is installed precisely.

• At least 3 years of experience working with HVAC systems, including boiler installation, wiring, or similar work.

• Confident in diagnosing and installing MEP and HVAC systems.

• Committed to doing quality work with a professional attitude.

• Certifications are not required. We value hands-on experience most.

• Retrofit project experience is a plus.

• Completion of a Personametrics Test is required.
