Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician based out of Downingtown, PA, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems throughout Chester County and parts of Montgomery, Berks, Delaware, and Lancaster counties.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with precision and care

• Deliver a top-tier customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving

• Educate homeowners on upgrades, service plans, and replacement options

• Keep your truck clean and fully stocked—always ready for the next call

• Complete dispatch notes, service records, and invoices accurately and on time

• Stay sharp with ongoing training and certifications

• Represent Mattioni with a clean, professional appearance and attitude

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lead residential HVAC Service Technician

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• EPA certification

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions
