Lead HVAC service operations in Auburn, Washington
Train, coach, and mentor team leads, technicians, and apprentices
Drive key performance metrics including revenue, callback rates, and labor efficiency
Conduct regular ride-alongs, inspections, and service audits to ensure quality and consistency
Ensure all work meets HVAC codes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction expectations
Support technicians with diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting
Oversee inventory and ensure teams are properly equipped for service calls
Collaborate with internal departments to meet operational and customer goals
Lead hiring efforts, including interviewing and selecting qualified candidates
Address operational challenges, safety concerns, and equipment issues proactively
Promote service offerings and membership programs to customers

EPA certification required
3+ years of HVAC service technician experience
2+ years of HVAC installation experience
2+ years of leadership or management experience in HVAC or related field
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
Proven ability to track and improve performance metrics
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and GPS tools
Valid driver’s license
