Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Take responsibility for the department's Profit and Loss (P&L), making informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
Coordinate and oversee service team activities, including scheduling, workload distribution, and task assignments.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring service quality.
Monitor and assess department performance, implementing improvements and efficiency measures as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Develop and implement service department policies, procedures, and strategies to meet organizational goals.
Train and mentor service team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage inventory and equipment related to the service department efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
