Run residential HVAC service calls throughout the service area
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance and complete system evaluations
Complete truck stock repairs when appropriate
Present repair and replacement options that help homeowners make informed decisions
Generate HVAC system replacement opportunities through professional customer education
Track personal performance metrics including average ticket, close rate, and daily call volume
Document service calls accurately using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
Communicate effectively with homeowners, dispatch, and team members
Maintain high-quality workmanship while minimizing callbacks
Participate in Saturday rotation as scheduled
Location: North Austin Metro, Texas (including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, and surrounding communities)

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience with a proven sales record
EPA Certification required
Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
Ability to generate HVAC equipment sales through consultative selling
Experience using ServiceTitan or comparable field service management software
Ability to track and manage personal sales KPIs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to work independently and manage a residential service route
Availability to participate in Saturday rotation
Reside within or be able to reliably service the North Austin Metro area
