Base salary of $70,000 per year with performance-based incentive opportunities

Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, and dealer partners
Manage existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Present HVAC products and solutions that align with customer needs
Partner with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and account success
Travel throughout your assigned region for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Stay informed on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity
Maintain accurate sales records and account activity using CRM software
Work primarily from the Hickory, Kentucky office with limited remote flexibility as business needs allow

Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry
Experience working with HVAC distributors, contractors, or dealer networks
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry terminology
Ability to manage a sales territory and prioritize multiple customer relationships
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Valid driver's license
Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred
