Your New Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, and dealer partners

  • Manage existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory

  • Present HVAC products and solutions that align with customer needs

  • Partner with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and account success

  • Travel throughout your assigned region for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events

  • Stay informed on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity

  • Maintain accurate sales records and account activity using CRM software

  • Work primarily from the Hickory, Kentucky office with limited remote flexibility as business needs allow

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry

  • Experience working with HVAC distributors, contractors, or dealer networks

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry terminology

  • Ability to manage a sales territory and prioritize multiple customer relationships

  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred
