$150K–$300K+ earning potential

Run residential HVAC sales appointments generated through company lead flow
Conduct in-home system evaluations and replacement consultations
Build and present professional proposals
Educate homeowners on equipment, financing, rebates, and efficiency options
Help customers make informed comfort decisions without high-pressure tactics
Follow up on opportunities and manage your pipeline effectively
Sell additional home comfort solutions including indoor air quality, generators, and water filtration
Travel locally throughout the Denver metro and surrounding areas
Proven experience in residential HVAC sales or home services sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to confidently close high-ticket residential sales
Experience discussing financing and rebate programs preferred
Self-motivated mindset with strong follow-through
Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
Customer-first, consultative sales approach
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
