U.S. Mechanical Company is looking for a high-performing HVAC Sales Specialist who knows how to build trust, close deals, and deliver real solutions to homeowners.

What You’ll Do

  • Run residential HVAC sales appointments generated through company lead flow

  • Conduct in-home system evaluations and replacement consultations

  • Build and present professional proposals

  • Educate homeowners on equipment, financing, rebates, and efficiency options

  • Help customers make informed comfort decisions without high-pressure tactics

  • Follow up on opportunities and manage your pipeline effectively

  • Sell additional home comfort solutions including indoor air quality, generators, and water filtration

  • Travel locally throughout the Denver metro and surrounding areas

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in residential HVAC sales or home services sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to confidently close high-ticket residential sales

  • Experience discussing financing and rebate programs preferred

  • Self-motivated mindset with strong follow-through

  • Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline

  • Customer-first, consultative sales approach

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
