Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, and dealer partners
Manage existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Present HVAC products and solutions that meet customer needs and support business growth
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer success and account management
Travel within your assigned region for customer visits, meetings, and industry events
Monitor HVAC market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Maintain accurate account updates and sales activity using CRM tools
Position based in Hickory, Kentucky with an in-office expectation and occasional remote flexibility

Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry
Experience working with HVAC distributors, contractors, or dealer networks
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry terminology
Ability to manage a sales territory and work independently
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Valid driver’s license
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools preferred
