    • $70,000 base salary

    • 10% commission on gross margin from national accounts

    • 5% commission on gross margin from non-national accounts

  • Year 2 and beyond: $17.50/hour base pay + ongoing commissions

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and distributors in your region

  • Grow new accounts and manage existing ones, using your industry knowledge to understand customer needs

  • Represent MRCOOL’s product line confidently, providing solutions that add value for your clients

  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth handoffs

  • Travel as needed to attend meetings, industry events, and in-person visits with key accounts

  • Stay current with trends in the HVAC market to better serve your clients and identify new opportunities

  • Report directly to the Sales Director and help shape sales strategy for your territory

  • This role is based in Hickory, KY, but remote candidates with a strong sales background and existing relationships are welcome to apply

Job requirements

  • At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry

  • Existing book of business with established distributor, dealer, or contractor relationships

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and products, including installation and service basics

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Comfortable with regional travel and willing to relocate if needed

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Familiarity with industry tools and CRM systems is a plus
