Competitive first-year compensation:
$70,000 base salary
10% commission on gross margin from national accounts
5% commission on gross margin from non-national accounts
Year 2 and beyond: $17.50/hour base pay + ongoing commissions

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and distributors in your region
Grow new accounts and manage existing ones, using your industry knowledge to understand customer needs
Represent MRCOOL’s product line confidently, providing solutions that add value for your clients
Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth handoffs
Travel as needed to attend meetings, industry events, and in-person visits with key accounts
Stay current with trends in the HVAC market to better serve your clients and identify new opportunities
Report directly to the Sales Director and help shape sales strategy for your territory
This role is based in Hickory, KY, but remote candidates with a strong sales background and existing relationships are welcome to apply

At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry
Existing book of business with established distributor, dealer, or contractor relationships
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and products, including installation and service basics
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized
Comfortable with regional travel and willing to relocate if needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Familiarity with industry tools and CRM systems is a plus
