We’re looking for an early-career sales professional with hands-on HVAC knowledge—someone ready to grow into a high-impact role and build lasting customer relationships.
As a Central System Sales Rep, you’ll meet with homeowners across Manhattan and nearby areas to provide in-home consultations and drive high-quality installations of central HVAC systems. You’ll listen closely, assess space needs, and recommend smart, efficient solutions. Your role is about earning trust, educating homeowners, and turning strong leads into satisfied, long-term clients.
Convert high-intent leads into successful residential HVAC installations
Conduct in-home assessments focused on ducted and ductless central systems
Guide customers on HVAC options, system performance, energy incentives, and financing
Prepare clear, tailored proposals and support homeowners in decision-making
Collaborate closely with design, install, and service teams for smooth project execution
Maintain clear records and own your performance from first touch to final sale
Required: At least 1 year of relevant experience in residential or small commercial HVAC—either in sales, service, or technical support
Basic understanding of mini splits and ducted central systems; hands-on exposure preferred
Strong communication, curiosity, and comfort speaking with homeowners
Growth mindset: Ideal for a junior sales rep or a technician ready to transition into sales
Self-starter mentality with accountability to drive your own results
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Guaranteed Salary: $100K base for your first 3 months to help you ramp. After that, your earnings scale with performance—$100K–$250K+ is within reach.
No Cap on Commissions: Your upside is defined by your effort, skill, and follow-through.

Meaningful Projects: Join cutting-edge clean heat installs including heat pumps, geothermal, and high-efficiency retrofits in NYC and Westchester.
