Your New Role

You’ll be the face of our trusted brand, meeting with homeowners across Manhattan, northern New Jersey, and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver personalized, in-home consultations, guide customers through their HVAC options, and drive revenue by turning high-quality leads into satisfied, long-term clients.

  • Convert qualified, high-intent leads into successful residential HVAC installations.

  • Conduct in-person evaluations at customer homes across New York City and nearby areas, assessing each space and listening carefully to homeowner needs.

  • Build trust through clear communication, education, and guidance on system options, energy incentives, and financing where applicable.

  • Develop and present customized proposals that showcase the value, performance, and craftsmanship behind our HVAC solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and an exceptional customer experience from sale through install.

  • Own your pipeline and results—your drive, responsiveness, and follow-through will directly shape your success and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (HVAC or clean energy experience strongly preferred)

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-starter who meets or exceeds goals

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
