Your New Role in HVAC Sales

You’ll take the lead on residential HVAC sales in White Plains, NY, and nearby areas including Westchester, Putnam, and Fairfield Counties. This is a high-energy role where you'll work directly with homeowners, offer expert guidance, and help them choose smart, energy-efficient comfort solutions.

  • Respond quickly to warm leads and incoming customer inquiries

  • Conduct in-home evaluations to understand needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Present clear, professional proposals that showcase our value

  • Close deals, deliver results, and build lasting client relationships

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (HVAC, solar, or energy a plus, but not required)

  • Demonstrated success in closing sales and building rapport with clients

  • Self-starter mindset with a consistent track record of exceeding goals

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
