Your New Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with customers, and closing sales for HVAC products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and recommend HVAC solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals that resonate.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with technicians and support staff for seamless delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records.

• Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification or relevant industry credentials are a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
