Responsibilities

• Initiate effective communication with potential residential customers and understand their HVAC needs.
• Sell HVAC Equipment to residential customers.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of HVAC products.
• Provide accurate price quotes and communicate pricing details and financing options.
• Develop tailored proposals outlining recommended HVAC solutions for residential customers.
• Actively seek and generate leads, collaborating with marketing for enhanced efforts.
• Regularly follow up with potential customers, addressing concerns and providing additional information.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient HVAC systems.
• Skillfully negotiate terms, close sales, and address objections effectively.
• Facilitate accurate and timely processing of HVAC equipment orders.
• Collaborate with the installation team for a smooth transition from sales to installation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and transactions.
• Foster long-term relationships with residential customers, providing post-sales support.
• Work towards exceeding sales targets and assess performance regularly.
• Stay informed about industry certifications and participate in training for enhanced sales skills.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment and stay updated on industry trends
• 3+ years of sales experience within the HVAC Industry - Required
  
• Would consider a seasoned HVAC technician looking to take on a sales position 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
