Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.

As a vital member of our team, your role encompasses a multifaceted approach to Customer Relationship Management. You will build and nurture strong connections with existing and potential customers, demonstrating an unwavering understanding of their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Your expertise in Product Knowledge will enable you to develop an in-depth comprehension of our company's electrical products, systems, and services, which you will effectively communicate to clients, showcasing their value propositions through Sales Presentations. In preparing Quotations and Proposals, your attention to detail and pricing accuracy will be instrumental. You will also engage in Sales Negotiation to address objections and secure orders. Your commitment extends to the accurate and timely processing of orders, requiring collaboration with internal teams to meet customer expectations. In addition, you will remain informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments for market analysis, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Sales Reporting is crucial, as you maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals is an ongoing focus, and your exceptional Customer Support will ensure post-sales satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team and various departments is essential to align efforts and achieve collective goals. Occasional travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct site visits is part of the role, emphasizing the importance of Compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Continuous Learning is encouraged to stay updated on industry advancements, product enhancements, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Your feedback from customers and the market will be invaluable for product development and improvements, documented alongside sales-related documents, including contracts and agreements. Your dedication to Customer Education will empower clients to make informed decisions and contribute to Customer Retention strategies, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business. This role is integral to our commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HVAC sales and solar sales, demonstrating expertise in both areas
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English fluently to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Possession of a valid driver's license for transportation to client sites and meetings
  • A strong aptitude for sales, with a track record of successful HVAC and solar sales, showcasing the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • A customer-centric approach, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and support
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
