Lead residential HVAC sales consultations in Bronx, New York, and surrounding areas
Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs and recommend energy-efficient HVAC systems, upgrades, and replacements
Respond to inbound leads quickly and build strong relationships with prospective customers
Organize and prioritize sales opportunities while maintaining consistent follow-up
Present system options, pricing, financing, and installation timelines clearly and professionally
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the Sales Manager to finalize quotes and project details
Close HVAC system replacement and installation opportunities by communicating long-term value and system performance
Support inbound service calls when customer service representatives are unavailable
Conduct follow-up outreach to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent service experience

2+ years of sales experience with a strong record of closing deals and building client relationships
Experience in HVAC sales, home services, solar, or energy solutions preferred but not required
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
