Commission-driven compensation with potential annual earnings of $240,000 to $500,000 based on individual performance

You are the sole sales professional, not part of a crowded sales floor
This is not a training role; your experience puts you in the driver’s seat from day one

You are selling solutions customers genuinely need from a respected, established company with 25+ years in the industry
Own the residential HVAC sales process from lead to close
Conduct in-home HVAC evaluations and system replacement consultations
Build professional proposals and clearly explain system options, pricing, and rebate opportunities
Work with utility, manufacturer, and state rebates to maximize customer value
Sell additional home comfort solutions, including generators, water filtration systems, and indoor air quality products
Build long-term relationships with residential customers
Travel locally throughout Strasburg, Colorado, and surrounding communities

Proven residential HVAC sales experience
Demonstrated experience working with rebates and incentive programs
Previous success selling home services or products such as generators, water filtration, indoor air quality, or similar solutions
Strong closing skills with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process
Valid Colorado driver’s license
Must live within 30 to 45 minutes of Strasburg, Colorado
