HVAC Sales Manager

Salary Range :

• $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Responsibilities 

• Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for residential HVAC sales, including setting targets and goals.
• Train and mentor comfort advisors to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell HVAC products and services.
• Maintain expertise in the use of Service Titan, utilizing it to streamline sales and service operations, track performance metrics, and optimize customer interactions.
• Participate in the hiring process by identifying and recruiting suitable candidates to fill sales and customer service positions within the HVAC department.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales and customer service processes, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to comfort advisors, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their sales targets.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to residential HVAC sales, sharing insights and recommendations with the management team.

• HVAC Certificate
• 10+ years of relevant experience in HVAC sales and management 
• Must be proficient in Service Titan
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to pass drug and background check 
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
