• 4–5 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience

• Strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude

• Friendly, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced setting

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and can pass a background check
