Your New Role

As an HVAC Residential Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing customers within a 25-mile radius of Auburn, WA. Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems

• Performing routine maintenance and system inspections

• Educating homeowners on system performance and efficiency solutions

• Completing service calls efficiently and professionally

• Utilizing ServiceTitan for job updates, scheduling, and payment processing

• Recommending additional services such as indoor air quality solutions and maintenance agreements

• Ensuring compliance with EPA regulations and industry safety standards

• Experience: 3-5 years in residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance

• Licenses: EPA Certification (EPA Card) and 06 Trainee Card (minimum)

• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair abilities for HVAC systems

• Customer Service: Excellent communication and client interaction skills

• Tools: Must provide basic HVAC tools (gauges, wrenches, drills, hand tools, etc.)

• Other: Clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and availability for on-call shifts and overtime
