As an HVAC Residential Comfort Advisor in Spicewood, TX, , you’ll help homeowners find the best heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions for their homes. You’ll be responsible for:
Running in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs
Designing custom HVAC solutions, including system layout, ductwork, and energy efficiency recommendations
Presenting and closing high-ticket sales with confidence
Following up on open proposals to maximize closing rates
Managing customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales-to-installation process
Using advanced tools (ServiceTitan, Wrightsoft Manual J, D, & S) to create accurate proposals
Staying up to date with local energy and mechanical codes

3-5 years of HVAC sales experience (or strong transferable sales background)
Solid residential HVAC technical knowledge (design, installation, and troubleshooting)
Experience with HVAC system design, ductwork, and energy efficiency
Proficiency in Wrightsoft Manual J, D, & S
Familiarity with local energy and mechanical codes
Comfortable climbing ladders, entering attics, and lifting 50+ lbs
Strong computer skills & CRM experience (ServiceTitan preferred)
Persistence, high closing ratio, and relationship-building skills
Background check & drug test required
Must pass an in-house HVAC sales assessment
