Your New Role

• Meet with existing commercial customers to discuss HVAC replacement and retrofit opportunities

• Conduct site visits and evaluate mechanical system needs

• Prepare estimates and develop project proposals

• Recommend HVAC and energy conservation solutions based on customer goals

• Perform heating and cooling load calculations

• Support sales and revenue goals through strong customer relationships and technical knowledge

• Explain financial considerations such as ROI, project payback, and leasing versus purchasing options

• Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project delivery

• Work throughout the Tampa, FL area supporting commercial HVAC projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry

• Experience performing heating and cooling load calculations

• Understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical solutions

• Experience with HVAC sales, estimating, or customer consultation preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to explain technical and financial information clearly

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
