Your New Role

• Manage ground-up multifamily HVAC construction projects in Manassas, VA, and surrounding areas

• Oversee podium and mixed-use developments ranging from 350 to 450 units

• Utilize Procore to manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication

• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, trade partners, and internal teams to achieve project goals

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to company leadership

• Ensure projects comply with safety requirements, building codes, and project specifications

• Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain project momentum

• Manage multiple active HVAC construction projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail

• Provide dependable leadership through clear communication and proactive decision-making

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience

• Experience in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and project execution

• Experience managing multifamily construction projects is preferred

• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes

• Valid driver's license

• Authorization to work in the United States
