Your New Role

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and belt replacements

• Conduct visual inspections of commercial HVAC systems

• Document findings with detailed notes and photo uploads

• Assist senior HVAC technicians on job sites with service and maintenance tasks

• Safely operate equipment and work on ladders up to 28 feet

• Handle physical tasks, including lifting materials over 50 lbs

• 1–2 years of HVAC experience required, 2+ years preferred

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders up to 28 feet

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
