Your New Role

As an HVAC Preconstruction Manager, you’ll be central to our project planning and bid preparation efforts, ensuring quality, competitiveness, and precision in every estimate. You’ll:

• Bid Coordination: Manage the entire estimation process, from bid notifications to submission.
• Take-Offs & Budgeting: Perform detailed take-offs and create budgets that align with project specs.
• Customer RFQ Responses: Respond to RFQs with estimates that reflect our value and expertise.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and accessible records for estimates and related documents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for thorough data collection.
• Industry Engagement: Stay informed on industry trends to keep our estimating strategies competitive.

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
• Educational Background: A relevant degree or certification in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Experience with HVAC design and estimating abilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding construction blueprints, systems, and documents.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for performing accurate take-offs and budget assessments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant estimating software and tools.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in analyzing project requirements and creating accurate estimates.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
