As an HVAC Preconstruction Manager, you'll be the backbone of our project planning and execution strategy. Job Responsibilities:

• Bid Coordination: Manage all aspects of the estimation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from bid notification to submission.
• Take-Offs and Budgeting: Perform detailed take-offs and develop budgets that align seamlessly with project specifications.
• Customer RFQ Responses: Provide responsive and competitive estimates to customer RFQs, demonstrating our value and capabilities.
• Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records of estimates and related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather data critical for accurate estimates.
• Industry Engagement: Keep abreast of industry trends and pricing to continuously refine our estimating strategies.

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
• Educational Background: A relevant degree or certification in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Experience with HVAC design and possesses estimating abilities
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding construction blueprints, systems, and documents.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for performing accurate take-offs and budget assessments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant estimating software and tools.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in analyzing project requirements and creating accurate estimates.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
