Your New Role

Located in Grand Junction, CO, this role puts you at the center of daily operations. You’ll oversee the service department, install teams, inventory management, and warehouse coordination, making sure everyone has what they need to deliver exceptional results.

• Lead, coach, and support service, install, warehouse, and inventory teams

• Track and manage performance metrics to ensure efficiency

• Drive internal training and ensure safety compliance company-wide

• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve systems and team performance

• 2–4 years of experience in HVAC operations management or team leadership

• EPA Certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Willing to complete a hands-on in-house assessment

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC operations

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of measurable improvement

• Comfortable using scheduling platforms and operational software
