Your New Role

  • Lead commercial HVAC installation and retrofit projects in St. Charles, Missouri

  • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system issues

  • Install and service RTUs, boilers, and full commercial HVAC systems

  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to keep jobs moving forward

  • Deliver high-quality work that meets code and project standards on the first pass

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience

  • Strong installation, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills

  • Experience working with RTUs, boilers, and commercial HVAC systems

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to manage jobs independently from start to finish

  • EPA Universal or Type II certification preferred

  • Experience in schools, hospitals, or large commercial facilities preferred
