Responsibilities

ACR & Soft Copper Tubing Installation: Expertly install ACR and soft copper tubing, ensuring precise and efficient placement for optimal system performance.
Troubleshooting & Equipment Start-Up: Perform thorough troubleshooting activities and conduct equipment start-ups, utilizing your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless functionality of HVAC systems.
HVAC Controls Installation: Install HVAC controls with precision, integrating advanced control systems into HVAC setups to enhance efficiency and provide optimal climate control.
Owner Training: Conduct owner training sessions, imparting essential knowledge and skills to clients to ensure they are proficient in operating and maintaining their HVAC systems.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout the installation process, adhering to industry best practices and company guidelines to deliver top-notch service.
Compliance with Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations during the installation process, guaranteeing that all work meets safety and industry standards.
Collaboration with Team: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including technicians and support staff, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project completion.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of installation activities, generate comprehensive reports, and communicate project updates to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest advancements in HVAC technology and installation practices, engaging in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
Customer Interaction: Foster positive interactions with customers, addressing questions, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Job requirements

Possess EPA Certification, demonstrating compliance with environmental regulations and the ability to handle refrigerants safely
Ability to read blueprints and control drawings, showcasing proficiency in interpreting technical documentation for accurate installation and troubleshooting
Electrical knowledge, with a solid understanding of electrical systems as they relate to HVAC equipment
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, ensuring the capability to navigate and work effectively with various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning setups
Ideally, candidates should have 1-2 years of experience, demonstrating a foundation of practical expertise and familiarity with HVAC systems and installations
Must be authorized to work in the US.
