Responsibilities

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings according to blueprints, specifications, and local building codes.
Assemble and position HVAC equipment, including air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and ductwork, ensuring they are securely mounted and connected.
Fabricate, install, and seal ductwork systems to distribute heated or cooled air efficiently throughout buildings.
Safely handle and charge refrigerant into HVAC systems while adhering to EPA regulations and safety standards.
Test HVAC systems to ensure they operate at the specified performance levels, including airflow, temperature, and humidity control. Perform system balancing as needed.
Maintain accurate records of equipment installed, materials used, and work performed for documentation and billing purposes.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues and malfunctions promptly to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

EPA certification, High school diploma/GED required
NATE Certification is a PLUS (not required)
5 years of HVAC Experience Preferred
Experience in Service Titan is a plus!
Must be wiling to submit to a background check and drug test
Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to climb up and down on ladders and equipment
Heavy lifting (50-75) pounds, ladder work, and tight space work required from time to time
Ability to pick up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
Must be authorized to work in the US.
