Pay

  • $18.00-$29.00/hour base pay
  • Spiffs on IAQ add-on sales

Responsibilities

  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings according to blueprints, specifications, and local building codes.
  • Assemble and position HVAC equipment, including air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and ductwork, ensuring they are securely mounted and connected.
  • Fabricate, install, and seal ductwork systems to distribute heated or cooled air efficiently throughout buildings.
  • Safely handle and charge refrigerant into HVAC systems while adhering to EPA regulations and safety standards.
  •  Test HVAC systems to ensure they operate at the specified performance levels, including airflow, temperature, and humidity control. Perform system balancing as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment installed, materials used, and work performed for documentation and billing purposes.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation issues and malfunctions promptly to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

  • EPA certification, High school diploma/GED required
  • NATE Certification is a PLUS (not required)
  • 5 years of HVAC Experience Preferred
  • Experience in Service Titan is a plus!
  • Must be wiling to submit to a background check and drug test
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to climb up and down on ladders and equipment
  • Heavy lifting (50-75) pounds, ladder work, and tight space work required from time to time
  • Ability to pick up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
