Responsibilities

• On-Site Operations:
  • Drive to various job sites for HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Coordinate with the team for efficient workflow.
• Diagnostic Expertise:
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics on HVAC units.
  • Document findings and provide detailed reports.
• Recommendation Generation:
  • Write comprehensive recommendations for repair or replacement.
  • Communicate urgency and criticality.
• Communication and Approval:
  • Communicate with the office for approval.
  • Provide necessary information and documentation.
• Execution of Approved Projects:
  • Proceed with repair or replacement following standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Installation Expertise:
  • Install new HVAC systems and components.
  • Collaborate with the team for optimized installations.
• System Testing:
  • Conduct thorough testing post-installation.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans.
  • Regularly inspect and service HVAC systems.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of activities.
  • Provide documentation to clients and home office.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Interact professionally with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality workmanship.

• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Able to work on residential units
• Valid driver's license and Clean driving record
• Must have no felonies
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
