Your New Role as an HVAC Lead Installer:

• Take charge of HVAC installation crews, ensuring top-tier performance and precision.

• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and fittings tailored to each project’s needs.

• Share your knowledge with HVAC Installer Helpers, guiding them to become skilled professionals.

• Independently install HVAC equipment in customers’ homes, maintaining high standards.

• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams.

• Keep a clean and professional appearance, and complete all paperwork accurately and promptly.

• You have at least 3 years of professional HVAC experience.

• You have experience leading HVAC installation crews.

• At least 3 years of HVAC professional experience

• Experience in leading HVAC Installation crews
