Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects throughout Auburn, WA and surrounding communities within a 30 to 40-mile service area

• Install heating and air conditioning systems, including equipment setup, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and system testing

• Guide and support installation team members to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Verify installations meet EPA regulations and company quality expectations

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process

• Complete job documentation using ServiceTitan

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• At least 1 year of experience leading HVAC installation projects or crews

• EPA Certification required

• NATE Certification preferred

• Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Seattle Refrigeration License is a plus
