Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects throughout Auburn, Washington and surrounding areas within about a 30 to 40 mile service radius

• Oversee installation of heating and air conditioning systems including equipment setup, ductwork, and system testing

• Guide and support installation crew members to maintain quality workmanship and efficient job completion

• Ensure every installation meets EPA standards and company quality expectations

• Communicate professionally with homeowners while representing the ALLRED brand in the field

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• At least 1 year of experience leading HVAC installation projects or crews

• EPA certification required

• NATE certification preferred

• Experience using ServiceTitan software preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Seattle refrigeration license is a plus
