Your New Role
Lead residential HVAC installation projects in Auburn, Washington and surrounding areas within a 30 to 40 mile radius
Install heating and air conditioning systems including equipment setup, ductwork, and system testing
Supervise and support installation team members to ensure efficient and high quality work
Ensure all installations meet EPA standards and company quality guidelines
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners while representing the ALLRED brand

Job requirements
3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
At least 1 year of experience leading HVAC installation projects or crews
EPA certification required
NATE certification preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Authorized to work in the United States
Seattle refrigeration license is a plus
