Your New Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll take full ownership of projects, including:

• Managing jobs from cradle to grave.

• Reading blueprints and organizing work schedules.

• Delegating tasks, supervising, and performing hands-on work to ensure efficient operations.

• Ordering and receiving equipment, materials, and supplies.

• Attending job site meetings and communicating with the project superintendent and manager.

• HVAC Journeyman License

• 6-10 years of experience in commercial new construction HVAC installation

• Proven ability to read blueprints and manage job schedules
